  I have been shopping there for 35 + years at least 3 times a week. I will agree sometimes the staff seems to be over whelmed due to not enough help at times. I know the feeling for I too work 10 hours a day. However for 90% of the time they are helpful, dependable and friendly. I also think it is refreshing that they treat you more like a friend rather than a number. There attitudes are not scripted like most in the customer service arena. I don't usually write comments however I felt this should be said as well as say when you base a comment on 1 particular experience the picture is very small. Base it on a whole and the picture becomes larger. Thank you
